As Planner II, you keep production plans, materials, and schedules aligned so customer orders move from commit to ship on time. You’ll resolve schedule discrepancies, adjust plans for changing conditions, and coordinate across Planning, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and the Master Scheduler.Key responsibilities include production scheduling by operation/department, expediting constraints, preparing reports and requisitions, maintaining MRP parameters (lead times, days’ supply, EOQ), and developing/maintaining Bills of Material from blueprints while processing engineering changes.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years in manufacturing planning/buying/related work
- ERP proficiency (WDS or equivalent and Oracle) plus strong Excel/Word
- Ability to interpret technical documents and perform basic math/data analysis
