- Safely operate a passenger van along assigned routes
- Provide timely, professional pick‑ups and drop‑offs

- Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections
- Report delays, safety concerns, or maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure each passenger enjoys a safe and comfortable ride
