πŸ“ Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning & Execution: Develop and implement the company's sustainable agricultural projects in accordance with international standards (Rainforest Alliance, UEBT, Organic, etc.).
  • Certification Management: Monitor, maintain, and execute evaluation procedures to renew the company's existing agricultural certifications.
  • Coordination & Communication: Collaborate closely with internal departments and farmer networks, while working directly with international independent certification bodies to ensure projects meet all standards.
  • Reporting & Evaluation: Track project progress, measure practical effectiveness at cultivation areas, and provide periodic reports to the Board of Directors.

🎯 Requirements:

  • Language: Fluent in English (all 4 skills) to communicate directly with international experts/organizations and process specialized documentation.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven practical experience in implementing and evaluating sustainable agricultural standards (Rainforest, UEBT, Organic, etc.).
  • Skills: Strong planning, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attitude: Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport with local farmers, and willingness to travel for fieldwork at material zones.
