Job Summary:  
Operates and maintains all tolerances of the master coils being slit into smaller mults

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
•    Follow all safety procedures, wear all required PPE.
•    Sets up and records all gaps and slit widths, records sizes.
•    Maintain equipment by inspecting, greasing, and reporting maintenance issues.
•    Cleaning equipment and keeping area cleaned.
•    All other tasks as assigned by Mill Supervisor.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements:  
Education: High School or equivalent
Years of Experience: 6 months experience in manufacturing environment

•    Reasoning Ability:  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
•    Other Skills and Abilities:  Must be computer literate and able to work with programs such as Word, Excel, etc., and be able to learn and use HP programs such as e-mail, ERP system, etc.

Use of measuring devices, micrometer, tape measure, and dial caliper.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:  
Forklift certified, crane certified
