Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- Management experience preferred
- State Licensure
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
- Base Salary: $90,000-120,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 available in select locations!
