Clinic Hours:
Mon, Tues, Thurs: 8am - 6pm
Wed: 8am - 2 pm
Fri: 8am - 3pm

Salaries with a Range
- Salary: $5000 to $6000 / month
- Pay of USD 800 - USD 1000 weekly
- Compensation is from 120,000 USD to 150,000 USD per year

- Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
- Foster a positive, patient-centered environment withhigh standardsfor clinical care
- Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinicalperformanceand scheduling
- Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners
- Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth
- Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills throughUpstream’sprofessional development programs
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- ActivePennsylvaniaPhysical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing othersrequired
