Job Overview:
The TMS Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, clinical workflow, and performance of our TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) services across designated clinic locations. This role ensures high-quality patient care, efficient clinic operations, and strong treatment outcomes while also supporting the growth and utilization of TMS services.
The ideal candidate will be a strong clinical operator and leader, responsible for managing staff, optimizing patient flow, supporting providers, and ensuring compliance with treatment protocols. This role plays a key part in expanding access to TMS therapy and enhancing the patient experience.
Requirements:
- Leadership & Clinical Operations Experience: Prior experience managing clinical operations, behavioral health services, or TMS/neuromodulation programs preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), scheduling platforms, and clinical documentation systems.
- Clinical Environment Expertise: Comfortable working in a healthcare setting and overseeing direct patient care operations.
- Experience: Prior experience in TMS, Spravato, psychiatry, or behavioral health operations strongly preferred. Training in TMS protocols will be provided where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of TMS services across assigned clinic locations.
- Supervise and support clinical staff administering TMS treatments.
- Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor patient flow, scheduling efficiency, and treatment capacity utilization.
- Ensure accurate documentation of treatment sessions, patient outcomes, and clinical notes.
- Coordinate with providers on treatment planning, adjustments, and escalations.
- Manage Spravato pharmacy coordination, delivery scheduling, and medication storage compliance.
- Oversee maintenance, calibration, and operational readiness of TMS equipment.
- Track and manage inventory for TMS and Spravato supplies and medications.
- Support prior authorization processes to ensure timely treatment approvals.
- Lead patient education initiatives to improve engagement and treatment adherence.
- Assist in outreach efforts to strengthen referral networks and service growth.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement operational improvements.
