PsychPlus is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys combining direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision.
Role Overview:
70% clinical / 30% administrative responsibilities.
Maintain an active caseload of approximately 28–30 patients per week.
Supervise and support up to 10 associate clinicians.
Conduct clinician interviews and support team development.
Help strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.
Requirements:
✔ Fully licensed clinician eligible to provide supervision in New Mexico
✔ Strong clinical and leadership experience
✔ Passion for mentorship and team growth
