PMHNP / FNP / PA-C – Inpatient Psychiatry | Springfield, MO | 7 On / 7 Off
PsychPlus is seeking a dedicated PMHNP, FNP, or PA-C to join our inpatient behavioral health team in Springfield, Missouri. This full-time opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance with a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, providing approximately 182 days off annually. Providers will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality psychiatric care to adult inpatient populations. New graduates with an active Missouri license are encouraged to apply, while prior behavioral health or inpatient experience is preferred.
Position Highlights:
Inpatient Psychiatry setting
Full-Time W2 or 1099 options
Compensation up to $160,000 annually (based on experience) for PMHNP/ PA-C
Compensation up to $150,000 annually (based on experience) for FNP
7-on / 7-off schedule

Requirements:
Active Missouri PMHNP, FNP, or PA-C license
