Role Description
Full-time and part-time roles available, on-site role located in Charlotte, NC. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for managing reception duties, providing exceptional customer service to clients, scheduling appointments, handling incoming and outgoing communications, and maintaining accurate records and office organization. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette and strong Receptionist Duties skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
- Computer Literacy and basic proficiency with office software
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
