Front Desk Superstar – OnStage School of Music
Ballantyne Area
Weekday Hours 2:15pm-8:30pm
Weekend Rotation - If Saturday a shift between 9AM-6PM - If Sunday 1-6pm

What You’ll Do
- Greet students and families with enthusiasm
- Help parents with scheduling, makeups, and payments
- Support teachers and handle daily requests
- Assist walk-in families and new enrollments
- Keep the studio tidy and welcoming
- Create and collect fun social media content
Requirements
1 year of customer service experience
Reliable transportation & live within 45 minutes 8129 Ardrey Kell Rd or 5335 Ballantyne Commons Pkwy
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Google Suite, Canva
Strong multitasking, organization, and teamwork skills
Able to work in person and pass a background check
