Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Retail Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language. This role involves assisting customers in selecting products, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Assist in merchandising efforts to maintain an attractive store layout
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling
• Provide exemplary customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
• Maintain organization within the sales area, including inventory management
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone

Skills

• Bilingual proficiency (English and another language) is essential
• Experience in retail sales with a focus on technology products is preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Familiarity with cashiering processes and cash handling procedures
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Organizational skills to maintain a tidy work environment and manage inventory
• Ability to upsell products through effective persuasion techniques
