Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, creating an inviting shopping atmosphere
• Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed product knowledge and recommendations
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement
• Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail sales transactions accurately, and process payments efficiently
• Manage cash drawer handling with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling and reconciliation
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to maximize sales opportunities
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing store environment
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Support inventory management through stocking and inventory checks to ensure product availability

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages
• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially with POS systems and cashiering duties
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are a plus
• Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
• Knowledge of retail store product details, merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices
• Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and retail sales transactions preferred
• Strong organizational skills for stocking and maintaining store displays
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions
• Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and cash handling procedures

Pay: $15.92 - $18.00 per hour
