Position Summary -Responsible for answering and directing all incoming calls. Also assisting with the salesmen and/or customers.
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Answer incoming calls
· Route calls as needed
· Take message and deliver them when required
· Greet customers and direct them to the proper person for assistance
· Assist with computer entry tasks when required
. Overall assistance managing the office
. Work close with the New Truck Sales team to support walk-in customers, truck deliveries and pick-up
. Support the General Manager with store-wide initiatives, communication, event coordination
Other duties as assigned

An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
