What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Inside Sales position at PSTC?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles parts requirements of customers through counter service and telephone sales.
- Invoices and pulls parts correctly.
- Places parts in the appropriate area for customer pick-up or delivery.
- Greets customers with friendly and professional manner.
- Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available.
- Assist in keeping parts counter area clean and display shelves stocked and orderly.
- Assists with physical stock inventory.
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Previous experience being able to look up parts by VIN
High attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills.
Education and Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Physical Requirement’s:
- The ability to lift to 50 pounds
- The ability to squat, bend or stoop on a regular basis.
