Key Responsibilities
- Lead Design & Development: Architect and deliver Workday Extend solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, Supply Chain, and Student functional areas.
- Solution Delivery: Define and implement innovative technology architecture strategies aligned with business needs.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Actively resolve complex business challenges by leveraging Workday Extend capabilities, ensuring solutions apply across multiple teams.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Engage and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Project Oversight: Manage vendor (internal/external) design sessions to meet program timelines and deliverables.
- Risk Management: Identify risks proactively and develop alternative solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and mentor teams on Workday Extend best practices.
- Expertise in Workday Extend – Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Workday Extend applications.
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge – Intermediate-level understanding of healthcare-related Workday integrations is preferred.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Ability to engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technology decisions.
- Technology Leadership – Experience leading architecture and delivering solutions across large-scale enterprise applications.
- Risk & Performance Management – Strong background in identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures.
- Workday Certification – Active Workday Extend certification required (must be maintained throughout the engagement).
