The Human Resources Intern is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of administrative Human Resources activities, employee file management, and document digitization efforts across multiple operating entities. This role plays a key part in maintaining organized and accurate employee records while supporting the transition from physical to digital documentation in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
This position reports to the Human Resources team and collaborates closely with employees, hiring managers, and leadership teams across the organization.

What You’ll Do
Employee Records & File Management
- Scan, organize, and digitize employee files and HR documentation
- Maintain accurate electronic employee records within HR systems and shared drives
- Ensure confidential employee information is properly handled and securely maintained
- Organize physical and digital files to improve accessibility and compliance
- Assist with records retention and document management processes
- Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and personnel files
- Assist with data entry and updating employee information within HRIS systems
- Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and tracking logs as needed
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations and special projects
- Assist with tracking compliance documentation
- Support audits and compliance-related file requests
- Ensure HR documentation is completed accurately and timely
- Identify opportunities to improve file organization and administrative processes
- Support data cleanup and document standardization initiatives
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (e.g., Social Security card, passport, or other acceptable I‐9 documents)
- Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
