As our Project Administrator for our Civil Engineering Team in Roseville, CA you'll play a key role in supporting transportation projects by managing administrative, financial, and documentation processes that keep projects running smoothly and on track.

What You'll Do
As our Project Administrator, you will support project teams by coordinating logistics, managing financial tracking, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Project Coordination & Administration Coordinate schedules, meetings, and team logistics while tracking project deliverables, staffing, and timelines.
- Financial Tracking & Reporting Support budgeting, invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
- Documentation & Compliance Assist with proposals, contracts, and compliance documentation while maintaining organized and up-to-date project records.
- Team & Client Support Partner with project managers and collaborate with internal teams and clients to support clear communication and project success.
- Process Management & Organization Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
- 5 years of administrative experience in a professional environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam
- Strong experience with budget coordination and financial reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is a plus
- Experience using Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $33.00 - $45.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
