We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Coordinator that is highly organized and detail-oriented to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for leading customer implementations of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for K-12 schools, ensuring successful adoption and long-term customer success. As a member of PSNI’s growing team, you’ll work directly with school districts, helping them transform the way they deliver health services to students.

Responsibilities
- Lead Implementations: Manage all phases of school EHR implementations from kickoff to go-live. Identify risks or delays and implement solutions to maintain project momentum
- Customer Success: Serve as the trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring their goals are met and exceeded. Ensure a seamless transition from implementation to Support Staff.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with PSNI’s technical, product, and training teams to deliver seamless projects.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure implementations meet healthcare and education compliance standards (FERPA, HIPAA).
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine processes and share best practices across the organization. Document processes, configuration steps, and client-specific solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
- 5 years managing packaged software implementation projects required (EHR or education software preferred).
- Experience working with K-12 school districts or healthcare systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP, CSM, or other project management certification preferred.
