We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all facility areas.
- Handle chemical agents safely while using cleaning supplies, and other custodial equipment to ensure optimal sanitation.
- Follow strict safety protocols during all cleaning activities, including proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting and chemical handling safety procedures.
- Maintain cleaning logs and report any facility issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Requirements
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and chemical handling safety procedures.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuums effectively.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and standing or walking for extended periods.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to facility maintenance.
