Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of office areas, including desks, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors to ensure they are spotless and well-maintained
• Handle trash removal
• Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as disinfecting high-touch surfaces and restocking supplies

Requirements

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment like vacuums, and floor scrubbers effectively
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
