We are seeking an experienced Project Controller to support large-scale IT initiatives. This role is responsible for managing project financials, vendor costs, accruals, and resource planning across internal and external teams.

- Maintain and update project resource and cost plans in ServiceNow.
- Develop and manage monthly Present Estimates.
- Reconcile project budgets to actuals and manage accruals.
- Create and manage vendor purchase orders based on SOWs.
- Track vendor contracts, invoices, and capital policy compliance.
- Reconcile timecards for internal and external resources.
- Approve vendor invoices based on SOW and time reporting.
- 5 years experience in project control or IT financial management roles.
- Experience managing large, complex IT projects.
- Strong cost management and resource capacity planning skills.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate in a metrics-driven environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
- PMP certification.
- Agile certifications (PSM, PSPO).
- ITIL v3 or v4.
- Energy or utilities industry experience.
