We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to support high-visibility internal and store-facing creative initiatives. This role partners closely with creative leadership, copy, and production teams to deliver polished, on-brand assets across print, digital, and presentation formats. This is a hands-on production and leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily design support for campaigns and internal creative projects.
- Create and maintain marketing decks and presentation materials.
- Build PrePro decks to communicate marketing and floorset requirements.
- Prepare, organize, and clean design files in preparation for art release.
- Set up final InDesign files accurately and on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve file setup and production issues.
- Place final retouched imagery into layouts prior to file handoff.
- Route files through copy partners and art directors for approvals.
- Collaborate with Creative, Copy, Traffic, Creative Services, and Procurement teams.
- 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding systems.
- Experience producing both print and digital creative assets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, organization, and ownership mindset.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Must be willing to work onsite at least 3 days per week in Columbus, OH.
- Retail or consumer brand experience.
- Experience reviewing or mentoring junior designers.
- Experience with video, storyboarding, or environmental design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating production-quality work.
