What are the responsibilities and job description for the PLANT CONTROLLER position at PSG?
** Must have accounting leadership experience in Manufacturing industry
Pay: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 10% bonus
Responsibilities
- Lead small team for small-to-medium plant (AP, AR, Forecasting, Budgeting)
- Oversee accounting activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Partner with Materials to maintain current standard and actual costs.
- Ensure proper general ledger usage and clear reporting.
- Develop and deliver key plant performance metrics.
- Advise leadership on spending, controls, and variance drivers.
- Prepare monthly performance and variance analyses with action plans.
- Manage capital asset purchases, approvals, and records.
- Set up new assets and depreciation schedules per Corporate procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 5 plus years of Accounting Leadership experience in Manufacturing Industry, preferably automotive manufacturing.
- PLEX knowledge is a big plus
