Utilizing Primavera P6, the scheduler will develop, monitor, update, and apply project controls techniques to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence throughout the Project Delivery Process.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, update and monitor project schedules and work plans in accordance with the Scheduling ProcedureAnalyze schedule variances from the execution plan and provide project teams with recommended corrective action to ensure projects meet required in service datesAttend bi-weekly work plan meetings to receive status updates from different stakeholders, make necessary adjustments to your schedules and communicate them to your PM team/sDevelop, coordinate and maintain schedule, resource and other data within Primavera P6Provide monthly updates on Key Milestones for OSA Performance MetricJob Specific QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business or Construction and a minimum 2 years of experience with scheduling concepts within the Construction industry (schedule development, schedule controls and variance reporting) and/or a minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling, design, or construction areas. In lieu of a degree, a minimum 6 years of experience with scheduling concepts within the Construction industry (schedule development, schedule controls and variance reporting) and/or a minimum 6 years of experience in scheduling, design, or construction areasExperience with Scheduling concepts within the Construction industry (schedule development, schedule controls and variance reporting) Strong effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal and team-building skillsMust be a self-starter capable of seeking out project-related information from project stakeholdersFull proficiency and experience with MS Office suiteCompliance with the Department of Energy's regulation 10 CFR 810 is requiredDesiredKnowledge of PMI process (Project Controls, Project Management, PM Book of Knowledge)Experience and knowledge of electric power systemsDisclaimerCertain positions at the Company may require you to have access to Part 810-Controlled Information.
