Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Manager based in Philadelphia, PA. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing leasing transactions, conducting market research, managing lease administration. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and conducting property tours, preparing lease documents, analyzing market trends, support lease renewals, and ensuring that tenants experience excellent customer service. The role involves close collaboration with the property management team to ensure smooth operational processes.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Leases, Lease Administration, and coordination of lease agreements
- Strong skills in Market Research and analysis of industry trends
