About the Leasing Manager Position:

Overall Responsibility
- The Leasing Manager has responsibilities for assisting the Community Manager in maintaining occupancy levels, Tenant Relations; Conducting consistent outreach to Area schools and businesses.
- Coaches leasing agents to meet occupancy goals, and weekly application goals. Reviews team’s paperwork. Assists community Director in approving applications.
- Performs regular Make ready inspections, amenities inspections on inventory, ensures that there are virtual tours for all available units. Reporting on team performance and goals.
- Works with the Community Director in evaluating stale units and suggesting
necessary promotions.
- Issues leasing teams work schedule, and manages requests off, etc. Helps reinforce property policy with leasing agents and reviews protocols. Help train new leasing agents.
Job Qualifications
- Leasing Manager must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays), on a rotating schedule with other leasing team members.
- Must have a high school diploma, or the equivalent. The successful accomplishment of courses or seminars in residential property management is highly desirable.
- Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a top leasing agent in a high volume property.
- Must have vehicle.
- Real Estate license is required.
