About the Leasing Manager Position:
Lindy Communities is seeking a highly qualified, motivated, experienced Leasing Manager to Lease and manage the leasing team at our Towers at Wyncote property.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the Resident Services team.
- Walk Units, accept service requests, route to maintenance, and conduct follow-up when job is done.
- Candidates must have regular access to a vehicle and be legally allowed to drive in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, including lead follow-up, virtual tours, showings, applications, and approvals of team.
- Perform marketing outreach to local businesses to help generate leads.
- Meet with residents regarding unresolved problems.
- Help facilitate move in process, by greeting new residents and providing an orientation.
- Call or visit competitive properties to update market surveys as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in Leasing.
- One year supervising other leasing personnel.
- Experience managing large teams, vendor relationships, and complex capital projects
- Be prepared to demonstrate proven and measurable leasing results.
- Strong leasing and sales experience, and good organizational ability.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends.

- Experience with Yardi is a plus
