Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Agent role located in Philadelphia, PA. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for showing properties to prospective tenants, assisting with lease administration and documentation, supporting property management activities, and maintaining excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include fostering tenant relationships, addressing inquiries, and promoting PSCo Philly's portfolio of properties to meet leasing goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with Leases, Lease Administration, and Residential Leasing
- Knowledge of Property Management practices and processes
- Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to tenant satisfaction
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site and provide hands-on support
- Prior experience in real estate or property leasing is a plus
- Understanding of Philadelphia's rental market is a strong advantage
