Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Philadelphia, PA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for day-to-day facilities management, equipment maintenance and repair, preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and conducting general industrial maintenance. The role requires hands-on work to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of our properties.
Qualifications
- Skills in Facilities Management, Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair
- Experience in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
- Proficiency in Industrial Maintenance
