Job Description

• Safe operation of hand and power tools
• Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing
• Dig ditches or trenches, backfill and compact trenches using some equipment
• Installation of water, sewer and storm drain piping
• Load and unload building materials
  
  

Responsibilities

• Performing general labor duties as needed
• Performing a variety of tasks such as digging trenches, operating heavy machinery, and assisting with construction projects
• Following safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
• Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
• Working closely with project managers and team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, and job site personnel
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry preferred
• Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
• Willingness to travel from time to time if the project requires
• No criminal misdemeanors in the last 5 years or criminal felonies in the last 7 years
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Working smart phone that can be used for work purposes
  
  

Weekly Pay | Full Time OT | $28.00 per hour
