Skilled Laborer

JM Caulking & Construction Services LLC is looking for one dedicated, driven, detail-oriented, loyal, and hardworking individual to join our team.

What We Do

We perform both commercial and residential work, including:

• Smaller concrete pours
• Concrete repairs
• Floor coatings
• Caulking
• Sealing
• Driveway maintenance
• Driveway repairs
• Above-grade waterproofing
• Tuckpointing
• Masonry

In 2027, we will also be branching out into parking lot striping and parking lot maintenance. This expansion is expected to provide more consistent work and additional opportunities throughout the year.

Position Responsibilities

The person hired for this position will be driving a company vehicle to and from jobsites as part of their regular job responsibilities. Applicants must be comfortable driving a company vehicle and understand that being trusted with a company vehicle is an important part of this position.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving a company vehicle to and from jobsites
• Transporting tools, equipment, and materials
• Assisting with our commercial and residential projects
• Performing physical labor and construction-related tasks
• Assisting with concrete pours and repairs
• Assisting with caulking and sealing
• Assisting with floor coating projects
• Assisting with driveway maintenance and repairs
• Assisting with above-grade waterproofing
• Assisting with tuckpointing and masonry work
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Properly using and caring for company tools and equipment
• Working safely and efficiently
• Working as part of a team
• Following instructions and completing assigned tasks
• Representing JM Caulking & Construction Services LLC professionally

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical labor
• Ability to work outdoors and in various conditions
• Willingness to learn our methods and standards
• Construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

Our current work is seasonal, and we currently offer a retention bonus for employees who remain with the company through the seasonal work period.
