- Collaborate with mentors and team members on thermal engineering projects.
- Apply engineering concepts to solve thermal challenges.
- Attend regular meetings with mentors and supervisors for updates and guidance.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events with other interns and employees.
- Own design, analysis, and implementation tasks across product lifecycles.
- Support thermal teams on the launch services side when needed.
- Contribute to the success of the team through collaboration and project leadership.
- Enrollment in an engineering, physics, or math degree program with at least one semester remaining.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 3 months of applied engineering experience (internship, lab, or projects).
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in high-performing teams.
- Experience in thermal engineering and CAD/CAM is a plus.
- Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and lathe machines is beneficial.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite for a minimum of 12 weeks starting August or September 2026.
