- Oversee performance reviews and support career development of team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 12 years of engineering experience with spacecraft/satellite design.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Expertise in Siemens NX, Teamcenter, CAD, and GD&T.
- Proven success in bringing spacecraft hardware from concept to launch.
- Experience with environmental testing of spacecraft assemblies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
