Job Description:
To ensure all export/import documents are being processed completely, accurately and timely following the right system and procedure in order to achieveservice excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitoshipments via air, sea, and land transportation.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and bills of lading.
- Track shipment status and ensure timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics execution.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and international shipping regulations.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update data in logistics systems/platforms.
- Assist in resolving operational issues related to shipments and delivery schedules.
