Job Requirements

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships across the client organization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance services and expand scope.
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings and business reviews.

Transportation & Logistics Expertise :

  • Act as a subject matter expert in domestic transportation and logistics solutions.
  • Stay informed on market trends and industry developments.

Project Management & Execution :

  • Manage client projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute solutions.
  • Translate clients’ needs into actionable tasks and track progress.

Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution :

  • Identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive resolution.
  • Hold teams accountable to timelines and deliverables.

Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence :

  • Develop and deliver KPI reporting and insights.
  • Conduct data analysis and validate accuracy.

Strategic Planning & Account Growth :

  • Develop client strategy playbooks and roadmaps.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and growth initiatives.

Carrier & Network Management :

  • Collaborate with Carrier Relations on performance and optimization.
  • Support carrier onboarding and routing guide management.
  • Lead carrier RFPs and negotiations.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting.

Documentation & System Management :

  • Maintain accurate client records across systems.
  • Ensure all tasks and communications are documented.

Continuous Improvement :

  • Identify and lead process improvements.
  • Support training and department initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years in client success, account management or project management.
  • Proven experience in transportation & logistics, business development, and project management.

Technical Skills:

  • High-level understanding of Project Management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience utilizing business intelligence tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRMs.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including listening, writing, presenting, and facilitating.
  • Experience presenting to stakeholders and senior management.
