PS currently operates at Los Angeles International Airport and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and is developing new terminals at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Miami International Airport. With unprecedented access, PS has the only private partnership with both TSA and Customs and Border Protection, our guests move seamlessly through arrivals and departures. A team of expert Agents works behind the scenes to choreograph every step of the pre- or post-flight experience. Sail through our private, line-free TSA screening, access dedicated customs and immigration services on arrival, and relax as our trained drivers escort you across the airfield directly to/from your aircraft. All without stepping inside the Airport. Guests also enjoy private suites, chef-prepared food, spa services, and more, all while our Control Room coordinates with government, security, and airline officials to ensure the utmost efficiency, safety, and privacy.

The Role: Housekeeping Associate

The Housekeeping role at PS HQ is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and fully stocked office environment that supports daily operations and employee comfort. This includes routine cleaning of office spaces, conference rooms, restrooms and kitchen areas, as well as ensuring all shared spaces remain sanitary and presentable throughout the day.

Overall, this role ensures a clean, functional and well maintained workplace while proactively supporting the needs of the team and office infrastructure.

This role reports to the HQ Office Administrator

Schedule: 5 days/week

This role is 100% onsite at PS HQ, with a 5 day (40 hour) per week schedule based on operational needs.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across all office spaces, including work areas, conference rooms and common areas
  • Clean, sanitize and restock restrooms to ensure a hygienic and well-maintained environment
  • Oversee kitchen cleanliness and operations, including:
    • Cleaning appliances and food preparation surfaces
    • Running and unloading the dishwasher at scheduled times
    • Restocking dishes and organizing cabinets
    • Monitoring and replenishing kitchen supplies (snacks, coffee, tea, condiments)
  • Assist with organizing and setting up office food orders upon arrival, ensuring items are properly arranged and accessible for staff
  • Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the office and ensure proper waste separation
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels for office, kitchen, and restroom supplies; communicate low inventory to the Office Administrator
  • Perform weekly inventory checks and support supply ordering needs
  • Conduct routine and deep cleaning tasks, including:
    • Refrigerator clean out and sanitization
    • Window and glass cleaning
    • Deep cleaning of private offices and shared spaces
    • Occasional special projects (e.g. carpet or upholstery cleaning)
  • Handle daily mail operations, including:
    • Checking and retrieving mail at scheduled time
    • Distributing mail to Office Administrator
  • Report any maintenance, safety, or repair issues promptly to the Office Administrator
  • Maintain a professional, reliable and proactive approach to supporting a clean and functional workplace
Requirements

  • Must pass a pre-employment background check including drug screening
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial support - preferably in a corporate or office environment
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization and attention to detail across multiple spaces
  • Familiarity with safe handling and use of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Ability to monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate supply needs
  • Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing and moving throughout the day
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with the Office Administrator and team members
  • Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in a corporate office setting
  • Flexibility to assist with occasional deep cleaning projects or special tasks as needed
  • Must have a reliable method of transportation to travel to and from PS HQ
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation $26.00/hour. Overtime opportunities available. This is a fulltime, non-exempt role.
