The Role: Accounts Payable Specialist
PS is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growing accounting team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment and is comfortable collaborating with operations, procurement, and external partners.

The Role: Accounts Payable Specialist
PS is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growing accounting team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment and is comfortable collaborating with operations, procurement, and external partners.
Reports to: Accounts Payable Supervisor
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Process high volume of invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and timely entry into Coupa and Netsuite
- Reconcile purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure three-way or two-way match accuracy
- Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies or disputes with internal departments and vendors
- Maintain up-to-date vendor records and ensure proper onboarding, banking information and W-9 compliance
- Ensure all payments are processed on time and in accordance with payment terms
- Support monthly and quarterly close processes
- Ad hoc tasks as needed
- 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting roles
- Experience in hospitality, luxury services, or airport operations preferred
- Proficient NetSuite, Coupa, or similar ERP systems a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to numerical detail
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Knowledge of GAAP and AP best practices
