Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to assess local demographics, consumer behavior, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and implement a market-specific sales strategy to increase travel bookings, group bookings, and high-end clientele acquisition.
• Initiate and maintain a high volume of outbound sales activity, including calls, emails, and prospecting campaigns to target accounts and strategic partners.
• Serve as a local brand ambassador, attending community events and industry functions to elevate brand presence and secure new business.
• Respond to inbound inquiries with efficiency and personalization, ensuring a luxury-level experience from the first point of contact.
• Customize proposals, site tours, and presentations for high-end clients, planners, and influencers, highlighting PS unique offerings.
• Collaborate with Member Engagement, Member Services Teams and Operations teams to align messaging, offers, and guest/member experience strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track client interactions, and produce reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and market insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 6 years of progressive sales experience in HNW luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-touch environments and motivated by being a part of a high-performing, competitive sales team.
• Sophisticated understanding of luxury service expectations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a natural ability to influence C-suite executives and decision makers.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and virtual presentation tool with confidence to report performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
• Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a new, high growth business and collaborate cross functionally with multiple departments and stakeholders is critical.
• Ability to plan and execute local events and activations.
