The Role: Accounting Manager, East
Coast
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of our East Coast terminals, PS ATL and PS MIA, ensuring accurate accounting records, regulatory compliance, and efficient financial reporting. This role focuses on managing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to maintain financial integrity and operational effic
iency.
This role will also act as a strategic partner to local leadership, the Managing Director of the property, and corporate stakeholders, ensuring financial objectives align with overall business goals. Additionally, the role will involve responding to ad-hoc financial requirements from the corporate office, supporting group-wide financial initiatives, and implementing best pra
ctices.

Complete the month-end close process at PS ATL & PS MIA level, which includes Revenue Recognition, monthly accruals, bank reconciliation, fixed asset and inventory reconciliation, prepaid ma - nagement.Complete the financial reporting process, which includes the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and corporate le
- adership.Support the FP&A team and the VP of Finance during Budget and LRP (Long Range Plans) for the facility on an annual basis and Forecast on a quarter

Compensation range $125,000 -$130,000/annually, plus Bonus potential. This is a full-time,
