PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!
Position: Salon Manager (Part-Time)
Job Type: Part-Time, 6-7 hours daily/not to exceed 30 hours.
Compensation:
- 52% commission rate

Schedule Expectations:
- Schedule is set to align with business needs, flexibility required as needed.
- Ability to workdays, evenings, and/or weekends behind the chair as needed.
- Support schedule coverage when available and appropriate.
- Timely communications to direct Field Leader of any limitations or availability around coverage needs.

Position Requirements:
- MUST HAVE: Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
- Reliable transportation
- Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with field leadership.
- Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30lbs, reach, bend, and perform services.
- Other Duties that may be assigned according to the needs of the business
- Ability to navigate and understand electronic devices such as an iPad/Point of Sales System
- Experience in a caregiving environment (preferred)
