As a Spa Coordinator, you will be the vibrant heartbeat of our spa, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from the moment they walk through the door. What you’ll do
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure optimal utilization of spa resources
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with inquiries about services and products
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all staff adhere to service standards
- Maintain inventory levels through effective stocking and merchandising strategies
- Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent phone etiquette
- Close out client sale with goals of package and membership sales
- Foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork and exceptional customer service
Basic qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
- Strong closing sales at checkout
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail or spa environment and/or sales experience
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing
