Coordinator Assistant - Student Housing

PS Companies is partnering with a state department in Platteville, Wisconsin, to recruit a Temporary Coordinator Assistant to support a dedicated student housing unit serving students who are required to isolate due to a contagious illness.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in an environment that requires adherence to established health and safety protocols.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform student check-in and check-out procedures and maintain accurate housing records.
• Deliver meals, approved supplies, linens, and other necessary items to students’ rooms.
• Provide courteous assistance to students and answer basic questions regarding facility procedures, schedules, and available resources.
• Follow all established infection-control, sanitation, health, safety, and personal protective equipment (PPE) procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and adhere to applicable policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of related work experience and/or relevant training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable and professional with a strong commitment to providing quality service.

Work Schedule: 40 hr/wk Sunday – Saturday 1st Shift (7:00 am -3:00 pm) and 2nd Shift (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm)
