- Fabricate and assemble sub-units and finished products by positioning, aligning, fitting, and welding components
- Apply MIG, TIG, stick, and oxy/acetylene torch processes to meet engineering specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings; plan task sequences and verify requirements
- Lay out cut and bend lines, factoring in weld/machine shrinkage, material thickness, and tolerances
- Use measurement tools confidently; perform basic arithmetic for accurate fit-up
- Create and relay build instructions, documentation, and specifications for others
- Work to company safety procedures and OSHA requirements; perform other related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED; proficiency in reading and writing English
- Preferred experience in industrial/manufacturing environments with machinery and components
- Understanding of metal properties and the appropriate fluxes and rods for various applications
- Ability to climb to overhead areas, work beneath machines, and operate in confined spaces
- Comfort working near high-voltage equipment and in high-heat conditions
- Capability to push, pull, or lift heavy parts with or without assistance
- Loud production environment with exposure to extreme temperatures; some outdoor work may be required
- Repetitive motions including kneeling, crouching, and stooping
- Regular use of hands for tools, controls, and material handling
- Lift up to 50 pounds while bending, twisting, or standing

- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- Hourly starting pay: $25/hr
