Role Snapshot

• Location: McKinney, TX
• Pay: $17–$20 per hour overtime & shift differential
• Status: Full‑time

Core Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust Armor, Cabler, and Packaging equipment.
• Run multiple machines concurrently (up to five) to meet throughput goals.
• Set up, inspect, and maintain equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Use common hand tools: calipers, wrenches, sockets, pliers, knives, and tape measures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Comply with OSHA and Prysmian safety standards; immediately report hazards.
• Support supervisors and collaborate with peers to hit production targets.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Physically capable of strenuous work; able to lift regularly up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with basic hand tools and measurements.
• Must not be color blind.
• Proven multitasker who can oversee several machines simultaneously.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn and grow.
• Preferred: farming/farm‑hand experience.
• Preferred: openness to 3rd shift and overnight schedules.

Work Conditions

• Frequent bending, twisting, standing, kneeling, and repetitive motion

Schedules

• 12‑hour or 8‑hour shifts
• Overtime available
• Weekend availability required
• 3rd‑shift/overnight candidates strongly preferred
