Associate Attorney
A busy and growing law firm in the Bronx is seeking a bright, hard-working Associate Attorney to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney with 0 to 4 years of experience to work on a variety of complex litigation matters while contributing to the firm's ongoing success and growth.
Primary Areas of Practice:
- Employment Litigation (Plaintiff and Defendant)
- Commercial Litigation
- Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Litigation
- Real Estate & Estate Administration
Position Overview:
In this role, you will be involved in a wide array of cases, including plaintiff’s personal injury, employment litigation, and commercial disputes.
While we are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills, we also emphasize that this is a growth-oriented position. As you contribute to the firm’s success, you will also have opportunities to grow professionally and financially.

Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Intellectual curiosity
- Demonstrated experience in personal injury and/or commercial litigation is a major plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Member in good standing of the New York State Bar
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 – $135,000, commensurate with experience
- Discretionary annual bonuses
