Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive training modules covering coaching techniques, child development, and baseball skills.
- Participate in hands-on practical sessions at the baseball farm.
- Assist in coaching young players within our proprietary Baseball Farm League.
- Engage with and inspire kids to develop a love for the game of baseball.
