Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Fargo, ND, for a Design Engineer at PRx Performance. The Design Engineer will be responsible for creating and developing precise fitness equipment product designs, including research, prototyping, and testing. Day-to-day tasks include working with SOLIDWORKS software, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, optimizing product functionality, and ensuring designs align with manufacturing standards and company quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design principles and applications
- Experience in Mechanical Engineering concepts and their practical application
- Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS software for product development and modeling
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related experience required
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials, particularly steel
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
