Come Grow with us!! Norwood Sales is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to support the design and manufacturing of our agricultural product lines.

Responsibilities include: design, drawing creation, as well as maintaining the product structure and bill of material. Design duties include new product design, prototyping, and continuous improvement of existing designs and manufacturing processes. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and interface closely with sales, service, production, vendors and purchasing.

Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering or related field

- 3 years of experience in mechanical design

- Proficiency in 3D CAD Software (preferably SolidWorks)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
