Veterinary Assistant and Technician

We are hiring a veterinary assistant or an experienced technician.

What we are looking for:

· Experienced Veterinary Technician or someone willing to learn

· An individual dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent patient care.

· Someone who takes the initiative – a hard worker who contributes to the operation of the entire hospital, who will help get all the day’s duties done!

· Versatility – someone who can effectively adapt to the individual needs of each patient and are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.

· Ideally the applicant will possess clinical skills and experience.

Anticipated schedule:

· Our hospital is open Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 6pm

· Technicians work four 10-hour shifts

· NO weekends

Compensation: We believe that each team member should be compensated considering their knowledge, skills, and experiences. We expect the range, depending on the level of experience, to be $15-23 per hour.

Open communication: Our doctors and staff have daily morning rounds to discuss the day's schedule and patients. We also like to give staff shout-outs during this time! We have regular monthly staff meetings; we close the clinic and provide lunch to ensure we get through all the important topics!
