This role will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to identify new market opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and enhance revenue generation in alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for allied health services, encompassing pharmacy, medical supply, and diagnostic operations.
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisition opportunities.
- Oversee contract negotiations with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, suppliers, and diagnostic laboratories.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Finance, Legal, Compliance, Clinical Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and operational readiness.
- Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to ensure business strategies remain compliant and forward-looking.
- Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate business development outcomes and ROI.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, forums, and stakeholder engagements to promote visibility and thought leadership.
- Provide executive oversight of business development staff and cross-functional project teams.
- Proven track record of successful strategic partnerships, contract negotiations, and revenue growth initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and compliance standards.
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Financial acumen and analytical skills to support investment decisions and performance evaluation.
